1:1 Coaching Workshops | Group Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps

Kids & Teens

  • Ideal for kids who are serious about improving their fitness for their sport. They’ll receive 60 minutes of dedicated strength and conditioning training. A personalized plan will be created and followed in the following sessions.

    A: Functional Exercises and Stretching, Basic Foundations of Movement, Cardiovascular Conditioning & Minimal Weights, Power & Agility, Circuit Training, Mindset Support

  • Ideal for groups of children who have similar fitness levels. If you have a child who is more advanced physically and the other is a beginner, a separate session will be required. Please see the 1:1 coaching option.

    A: Functional Exercises and Stretching, Basic Foundations of Movement, Cardiovascular Conditioning & Minimal Weights, Power & Agility, Circuit Training, Mindset Support

  • Ideal for children who want to improve physically and mentally in their sport. Also great as an introduction to exercise and overall fitness! Bootcamps are a week long in duration.
