1:1 & Small Group Coaching Sessions

Whether or not your child has experience working out, or they are brand new to exercise, I am here to help. Your athlete(s) will receive the following support throughout their coaching session:

A personalized plan will be created based on your child’s needs and will be followed throughout the sessions.

  • Basic Foundations of Movement - push, pull, squat, hinge, carry

  • Functional Exercises

  • Cardiovascular Conditioning & Minimal Weights

  • Power & Strength through Explosive Movement

*It is encouraged that you sign your child up for a minimum of 6 sessions, spread out over a month long period.
